On the Road Again…

Thanks, Lotus Yoga!

I had a great time teaching Yoga Anatomy, Yogic Lifestyle and Nutrition to the teachers in training at Lotus Yoga.  Lotus is located in Muncie, IN and, man, what a nice vibe they have going on.  Speaking of vibe!  The teachers in training are really tapped in.  I’m certain that under the guidance of Marsha, they are going to do some amazing things.

Thank you for your attention and participation.  Such amazing conversations and insights.  I look forward to returning in two weeks to share Meditation.

Something wicked this way comes… The drive up on Friday was pretty sketchy at times with thunderstorms and high winds. Making an hour and fifteen minute drive a two hour drive. A fun adventure, fo sho!

Watched this guy do some “fishing” before starting class on Saturday. After the heavy Friday rains, the river was really up.. and muddy… and very Indiana like…  In the “animal medicine” world, some say the heron reflects the innate wisdom of being able to maneuver through life and control its life circumstances. It reflects a need for those with this totem to follow their own innate wisdom and path of self-determination.

It’s been a while…  a long while since I last posted and offered a recording from one of my live classes.  These past few months have been filled with all manner of changes, challenges, awakenings, and healing.  So, it feels really fantastic to be rooted in “Strength & Stillness”.  And, it feels really fantastic to have another offering for all of you who continue to benefit from Practicing with me.
