Greetings!  This is a short word about who I am and what I have to offer you in your journey to your optimal level of wholistic health, fitness and well-being.

I have nearly 25 years of professional experience as a wellness coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher, meditation guide and workshop presenter.  I also have a degree in Exercise Science and advanced study and instruction in meditation and the contemplative arts.  My certifications range from Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200), Wholistic Fitness, CrossFit, Russian Kettlebell Challenge, MovNat and much more. I am the founder and creator of “Bridging the Wellness Gap”, an 8-week wholistic lifestyle transformation program.

I draw inspiration from my life experience, the honor of serving 8 years in the US Coast Guard, competing in ultra-distance sports , strength training, and my deep personal yoga and meditation practice.  These shape my unique approach to yoga and fitness across a diverse background of teaching yoga, meditation, mindfulness practice, as well as coaching athletes.

I have logged well over 10,000 hours of class instruction.  I have taught yoga and fitness to thousands of students ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners; from stay at home parents to Hollywood celebrities and rock stars. I can work with you to design a custom workable program to suit your needs, abilities and goals.
