Using the principles of my originally developed Bridging the Wellness Gap program, I will personally guide you through 8 weeks of wholistic wellness coaching. We begin coaching sessions via Skype with the establishment of weekly and long-term goals. Each week we meet online to follow up and you will receive weekly training programs in strength, cardio, yoga and meditation, and nutrition guidance at that time.
In-person and online personal training begins with an initial consultation to establish baseline fitness levels, long-term goals, custom program development. We will then schedule Skype or in-person coaching sessions to put your plan into action.
