In this three hour workshop we will discuss what meditation is, how it is a useful practice and how to integrate it into your daily life. We will explore how to establish a consistent, life-long meditation practice and how to navigate the potential road blocks along the “inner terrain”. Finally, we will do a mindful yoga practice to help you integrate moments of meditation into your yoga. Whether you have never practiced meditation or are just challenged with keeping up a consistent practice, this workshop is for you! Tuition = $35 If registered two weeks prior tution = $30.
